Duration Approx. 20-30 Min
Number of participants any
Age -
Difficulty easy
Conditions The person facilitating the exercise should have relevant background knowledge.
Material - Flip chart or board - Post-its referring to various pieces of information, e.g. address, name of my pet, name of my school, picture of me on the beach, my e-mail address, telephone number, shoe size, etc.
Preparation
Prepare the post-its by writing down the information (see above). Divide the flip chart/board into four sections:

• Private

Description

Read aloud the information written on one post-it and ask the members of the group in which section they would place it. Seek the opinion of various participants. If there is no consensus, ask the group to take a vote on where the post-it should be placed. Afterwards, the group should discuss the results.

Suggestion:

The meaning of the term “private” is not always unambiguous. A discussion about the term can be helpful.
